The software certificate for the
ICAR corporate information system (v. 2.0)
The Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia carried out an expert review of ICAR 2.0 to prove its compliance with the requirements and provisions of the current guidelines and instructions of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, regulating accounting activities of institutions and organizations. As a result of the review, the expert committee has concluded that the ICAR 2.0 software allows to maintain accounting and draw up accounting statements in accordance with the current accounting regulations of the Russian Federation (as of 20.12.2005). It also ensures high automation of the executed functions. The Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia confirmed the conclusion of the expert committee and issued the corresponding certificate.
The expert committee on the methodology of automation of accounting, audit, and economic analysis of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia stated the following in its expert conclusion:
- Extensive financial and management functionality, together with high automation of executed functions, well-developed adaptability, and customization features prove that the software can be used at major production enterprises in various industries and with different forms of incorporation and ownership, including commercial and non-commercial companies.
- The well-developed features to manage production processes, materials and equipment supply, inventory, and relations with customers and suppliers allow recommending this software for the enterprises and groups of companies performing various activities, including production, trade, services, etc.
- Based on the results of our tests, we can recommend this software as an effective solution to automate accounting and taxation activities in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and to register permanent and temporary differences between accounting estimates and the estimates for taxation purposes in accordance with PBU 18/02.
